We promise that what we sell is described accurately, but in the unfortunate case where something fails to satisfy, contact us to let us know you are returning your item(s), and send your purchase back unused for a full refund. Naturally, all your UK assured consumer rights are in place at all times and you are entitled to a refund at any time within the first 30 days after purchase.
For items marked as “On Backorder”, allow us 14 days for dispatch to be on the safe side, although we work hard to beat this.
